I made it to gold and went on a bad losing streak after. I got demoted to silver and I noticed I lost way more lp then I did for winning. I made it back to gold again. Yet this decrease in LP for wins didn't leave. I got demoted 4 more times. I lose 23 lp a game. Every game I'll try to carry but I just can't. Doesn't this seem a little broken?
Mus3 votesYour MMR is lower than the average expected MMR for players in your division. Your MMR will continue to tank unless you improve your play! 1,270 Your mmr is really low for a gold player. Bronze 1 is 1000, Silver 5-3 is 1200, Silver 2-Gold V - 1300-1500.
You have been losing alot more than you have been winning. The mmr system is saying that you don't belong in your elo and until you improve your gameplay you contiune to demote until you are the right mmr to move back up.

Alot people smurf in silver, so you might see alot of people with higher mmr in that elo. Dynamic queue also made the mmr a little bit confusing this season.

dynamic def made it more confusing my mmr dropped about 100 points when i played multiple solo games after duoing.
op in general if you play/win consistantly it will eventually correct itself but it takes a while(source: my friend who experienced something similar in s5 and got demoted to b1)
Mus2 votesOut of all the divisions, Silver is by far the hardest to climb out of. Reason the smurfs, people who don't belong there, people who are stuck in there, and premades as of (S6) I've only climb out of silver on 9 of my accounts. The other 30 are stuck due shit mmr so I simply give up on them and try to move them out next season. Season 6, made it a lot harder to climb out :/ as a solo player
Lets just hope that in Season 7 after the victorious leblanc skin gets released. (Joke. Not a real skin)
Solo queue comes back and makes it a little easier
