Platinum 3 player hard stuck gold 4 for season 10 NEEDS HELP

Hi guys, id consider myself a platinum player (been platinum 3 3 seasons in a row i know yikes). but when season ten started i had a really bad start and now im just hard stuck gold 4 and need help climbing out. I really feel like i out class these players but i still end up losing. I promise im not a KDA whore as i consistently do either first and second highest dmg on the team. ive linked my OPGG for you guys can take a look. I am a jayce mid and lucian adc one trick and as i state, i like to believe i out class these guys in this elo but i just cant seem to win. Trust me i always try to push my lead other places but other laners just seem to be having a bad game and often afk ( as you can see in my opgg). i dont want to have the mindset of blaming my teammates so please help.

ps. looking for a thresh/naut/leo sup main to duo with cus people in this elo seem very coinflip.
