Cho's Ulti Indicator

So I was just playing a draft game on sr as cho and there was a team fight and my ult was up. I was gonna tell my allies to let me get the kills cos they get xp and I get steroids, but I don't know if they can see the indicator too - basically, my question is: can my allies see my ult indicator, and can my enemies see I either?
