Some love for Kassadin maybe?

Could we maybe see about some Kassadin buffs? It feels like he's a worse version of LeBlanc right now. she has 2 dashes that are both longer range than his ult and she can jump back to them, she also has hard cc and range. I know LeBlanc takes a bit more time to get all her damage off and has a skill shot but I think Kassadin could use some love even if that does mean he becomes more difficult to play.

Also I don't know if this is just me or not but it feels like when you jump in to the enemy team to assassinate their carry you're just asking to be killed because your ult doesn't get you at a safe distance from their team after using Zhonya's.

Could we maybe give him some better scaling in to super late game so he doesn't fall off and a bit more utility like a stun on his e to keep him alive or a charge system for his ult like Akali's so he can get in and out of fights while not instantly appearing out of nowhere

I just want to be able to have fun on Kassadin and not feel completely useless on him if I didn't get a few kills early and can't assassinate their carry so I think it would be good if I could just farm and get items and be able to come back late game kinda like how Vayne and Ryze feel (for me at least, anyway). I think making his early game worse but making him not fall off late would work well and it would give synergy with seraph's which gives everything kassadin needs.

I have no idea if this would be balanced or not so what do you guys think?
