So I recently completed buying all the champs in the game, and I have pretty much every set of must have runes with 20 rune pages.
What runes are nice luxury runes to have? I was thinking about making an energy page, but I honestly don't play many energy based champs.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have most of the CDR runes, of course i have MS quints ;p and i do need some scaling runes, but i do have a good many if I remember correctly.

I don't have spell vamp! I do have the others though.
I assume spell vamp works well on someone like Cass or Ryze?
Tin Tarantino1 votesYeah, sustained damage mages do pretty well with it, Vlad is probably the best for it though, he just does super well with spell vamp. Morde also worked well with them but I'm not sure how the changes affect that.
Zarxis1 votesPersonally, I use at least one spell vamp quint on most caster champions (the ones that get much benefit out of it, at least), at least one lifesteal quint on AD/autoattack-based champions, and movement speed quints for the rest of my quint slots. Movement speed is always helpful. Max Health per Level Seals are effective on all champions. Sure, if I had a ton of extra IP, I might try a full energy regen page, but it'll be a while before I quit buying more conventional runes.
