I don't know why this is not a feature yet. You should be able to smart cast/quick cast items that you buy at the shop in game. Its really annoying when i quick cast all my abilities then when i want to use an active i have to take the time to click on the target instead of it being instantly used. This should already be a feature -_-

Genius7001 votesUh, its been a feature. You need to dig a little deeper into the options than where it displays smartcast for abilities, but I've been using smartcast items/summoner's for a while.
