Is nautilus support good? if so with what adc does he do the best in your opinion and tell me why!

So i've started maining nautilus hes super fun to play! but i can't decide which lane should i go with him....Top or Support obviosly Top Nautilus has higher win % but i think hes not as good in top without ganks.. hes like poppy can tank 100000 turret shoots if hes ahead hes only pretty good in teamfights to tank but why not play him support instead for the top laner to get a dmg champ in top lane (kennen,tryndamere,jax,...) please tell me if support nautilus is good in any way i'd love your feedback!

Support Nautilus is one of my favorite. I mained him for awhile. He works really well with an adc like Vayne or Jhin. Champs that don't usually have as much escape or engage. If you are going for ult combos it's perfect with a MF and Jhin ult. I usually only play him though if my top laner is a damage dealer. If we have a tank engager top then I'll play a different support. As support you have to play the champ with the best synergy with your team.

Naut is really strong with any aa-based adc, or any who likes to stand still and burst the shit out of a group of people (looking at you, Jhin and MF)

My favorite combo recently has been taking him with Kalista. Bonus points if you have a Yasuo on your team too.

I love Nautilus support. He's especially nasty with Miss Fortune, Varus, Jinx and Caitlyn. The wombo combo with MF is terrifying, with Varus you can can lock down their ADC for forever and combining Nautilus passive root with Jinx chompers and Cait traps is just dirty.

They changed the E passives... Not enough to make her viable, right? Has her win rate actually went up from that?
