Best 3rd item on Annie after RoA & Rylais

Assuming you bought RoA and Rylai's first what is the best third item? Excluding boots please.

Deathcap, Void Staff, Ludens all seem like good items and the list just continues from there. Even Lich bane or Gnashors arent that bad if you want sustained dps and turret damage. So I just can't decide.

Also, because I think Death Cap and Void Staff are probably the two best choices I was wondering how I could calculate at which MR void staff becomes more efficent to buy then Death Cap.

If you're going to run a build like that, its likely you'll want a 30% CDR page to use with it as well.

As for your next item, it depends. If they have low MR overall, Abyssal is HUGE bump in damage AND survivability.

If they have MR, void. I nearly always get my pen item 3rd as AP, as any counter-building against you will shut you down if you don't.

Abyssal+Void keeps your damage relevant all game no matter what. If teams are tankier, I'd suggest Boots of Lucidity. If they're squishier, I'd suggest Sorc Shoes.

I reaaaaally don't like Rylai's on Annie.

I'd go for Luden's instead of Rylai's and the third item Morello (or Void, if necessary).

Edit: I completely forgot about Abyssal, it's normally my second item on Annie.

Not sure I'm feeling Rylai's on Annie. At best, you'd want RoA for a bit more mana to play around with and a bit more tankiness. Beyond that, you're not really trying to play utility carry by slowing them. If you're in range to drop spells on them, they should be dead.

usually u dont get rylai second item, maybe 3 or 4th.
