Illaoi E can slow Yi's Ultimate?
Here's my question if Master YI's ult is supposed to be unable to be slowed is their some reason why Illaoi's E can just slow him anyways. Is this how riot intended or is this a bug?

Yi's Ultimate makes him immune to slows, but doesn't prevent effects that reduce base movement speed.

That's a pretty good answer. I still think that just a regular ability can slow yi's i ultimate is shady but cest le ve.
