Low level review

Hello! I have created a new account in eune and im currently lv 8. I was lv 30 plat 4 in another account i got there by playing alot and im playing very good compared to low levels players. (lv 3-29).

Some games it seems like im trying hard to carry my team with scores like 26/9 (and still losing) and 23/4 (and winning). But one thing i dont understand is Why my teammates are always low skill players, like tottaly 0, lv 3-5 and literly feeding for no reasons just go in and die and enemy team is atleast 5% wise to know how to attack and kill. Why? I want a normal teammates and i get some bunch of people which doesn't even try to help mid fights and stuff. Besides that, enemy team is always knows what are the objectives like dragons and barons, while my team is completly ignoring those. But why? I'm level 8 why i cant have like normal teammates like the enemy team? I cant carry myself.
