Fleet Footwork's healing needs to go back to what Bloodlust had.

Hey there all, So after playing for just two days i noticed that Fleet Footwork has been very underwhelming. Bloodlust had worked great everytime i played with it and expected fleet to be the same but i noticed it was no where near as effective as bloodlust was. Simply put, the healing on it is extremely low and from the games I've played, its never had a strong impact. i don't see a reason to take Fleet Footwork over lethal tempo or press the attack ever. The healing is simply just too low. And i could easily replace that heal with bloodline + triumph + biscuit delivery. Riot i really recommend you revert it back to the scaling percentage numbers that bloodlust had. If you believe it would be too strong coupled with triumph, bloodline and what not then just remove the "increased healing on crit" portion. As it is right now, Fleet Footwork wont see any actual play. Its just so weak right now.

It was changed, in fact that entire keystone-line was changed for the precision tree because every one of them was extreamly overpowered on the test server and examples can be found on streamers videos. Sorry mate we all have to wait for the newer changes to go through, and now we wont know what is going to happen, from the looks of it, more nerfs. Press The Attackused to have infinite attack-stacks, and Doubled stacks for melee, Could you imagine ?

I play this guy Gangplank and almost nothing worked for GP, and now that we are seeing the Live Public Test Version, its absolutly ... How do i put it ? <WordFiller>

I'm intrigued so I did the maths.

Let's say you are playing an ADC.

Warlords has lower base healing but higher scaling than Fleet.

At level 1 you got around 70 AD with doran's blade. Warlord's would heal for 4. Fleet would heal for around 6. Fleet is slightly better at level 1.

Let's say you're level 10. Fleet heals for 29 + 10% bonus AD How much AD do you need to compete with fleet? So we take a random adc, ashe. Base AD at level 10 : 85 Equation : 0.24 x ( 85 + bonus AD ) = 29 + 0.1 x bonus AD <=> bonus AD = (29 - 0.24 x 85) / 0.14 You need 61 bonus AD for warlords to be better at level 10

Now let's say you're level 18 How much AD do you need to compete with fleet? Base AD at level 18 : 103 Equation : 0.40 x (103 + bonus AD) = 50 + 0.1 x bonus AD <=> bonus AD = (50 - 103 x 0.4) / 0.3 You need 29.3 bonus AD for warlord to be better at level 18

Conclusion : Fleet is slightly better early but warlords scale much harder. Fleet is however much less biased towards AD stacking champions, scales pretty well with AP (?) 0.2 AP compared to 0.1 bonus AD scaling, while AP is a less valuable stat, weird.
