this item is super unbalanced mainly on the "on hit effect" build champions such as 
. it literally takes zero skill and there is 0 counter for it. all a WW has to do is use this item and ult a semi- squishy champ and thats a kill every time. something needs to be changed about the item to balance it cause it just ridiculous right now.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesI guess you really didn't read the notes. There was a bug that turned its true damage into "pure" damage, which is what the Fountain Laser does and bypasses immunities. That's all it was, one little code error.
