URF discussions

Now that dominion is being taken out of the game, I wonder if Riot is willing to try and have URF as a permanent game mode, possibly with its own map. I think this would be a good thing because then there will no longer be super broken champs in URF every year and they could do constant changes to champions to try and keep balance. Not only would that make it easier on riot but it would keep us from pulling our hair out. Please Riot, consider this. This is a re-post due to me accidentally posting it on the wrong page of the Boards.(Sorry! First time on the boards and i just chose a random category)

No worries, I'm pretty new to the boards, too. I doubt that riot is going to discontinue dominion due to work load, just to add another game mode that will be just as (if not more so) time intensive. I sincerely hope they do a special game mode rotation, but that's probably a pipe dream too.

Just playing, mate. I think it's pretty unlikely, but that would be nice.

If Riot's been unwilling to "do constant changes to champions to try and keep balance" for any of their existing permanent modes besides classic SR, what makes you think they'd do that for URF? There's also the issue that URF's gameplay mostly mimics classic SR while URF's target audience mostly overlaps ARAM's. A permanent URF queue would likely have exceedingly less longevity than Dominion did.
