Champion shards make new champions cheaper (ip)

XenoAcolyte··1 votes·994 views

1700ip (champ shard)x 3 (for the champion shard re-roll) to get a guaranteed chap you don't own = 5100 ip instead of the typical 7300 ip on the new champs first week of release. This only works if you have all the other champs, so I guess this could be interpreted as a bonus for devoted league fans, either way I thought it might be important to share this.

Hextech Crafting doesn't work to get new champions when they're released. So unless you're willing to wait a few days to buy the new champion then it's not worth it.

Besides, theoretically if you have every champion you can get a new champion for free. Just get S ranks and you'll win crates.
