How to get your teammates to work as a team?(Bronze)

Give up on that now. Just focus on winning lane, not feeding, and getting objectives.

It may be impossible to ever get everyone on the same page. Your best bet is work with the greatest number of people at once. It is better to work with the 2 or 3 other than chasing after the lone wolf that wants to split push. Try to make a small roaming squad work for you and with success the other may want to join.

try to understand why they do not want to group up. Sometimes the next item is what they need to feel confident. Look at peoples builds and see what they are working towards. Example the mid is not grouping cause everyone has MR and they have amp and blasting wand in their inventory, they are not going to want to group till void is completed and they are trying to efficiently farm it.

Some times you are going to have the brainless split pusher 5th player. Try to use them as bait and do other things while he is getting jumped.

Grouping up is not always the right answer.

You can't bronze is a shit fest, I always see these silver / bronze players playing the most random champions. Every game a different champion. If you want to get out of bronze get good at 1-3 champions and ONLY play them.

TBH play OP champs and carry People go on tilt easily if there's 8-0
