What is the best teambuilder combination for mid and top? My duo and I cannot play any other lane so we need the most secure combo. Currently we are using Mid/Bot and Top/Mid but as the Mid laner, I often get bot. Please reply if there is a better combination to secure these lanes. Thanks.

Athenes Lulu1 votesIs there a 3rd role that both of you are at least comfortable with? If it's highly contested, even better.
Because I duo regularly with an ADC main and we both pick mid as secondary, as that's the only role that we can do subpar and still win. Neither of us got mid for 20+ games.
So for instance if both of you suck shit at support, don't put support anywhere.
