Is there a special ranked queue for flamers? :/

so i have played lol for quite a while before that i was extremely toxic i even got to levels that i actually insulted people link an idiot and tented to rage at them every... i got maybe 4 restrictions in this account overall for being toxic.. i quit playing and ended gold 1 or so, after that i didnt play at all i came back about a month or two ago and i went to play ranks while im at silver atm(was gold 1 as i said) and im having a really bad teammates who flame the soul out of me for every little mistake... im trying to encourage them and tell them that we can win and they just need to play as a team but they just give up and most of the times wait in the corner and afk if we are losing... im seriously wondering if theres a special ranked queue for people who flamed and they get into the matchmaking together? is there a chance? im playing quite well i wont say that i play better then everyone just saying that im in silver but i can be equal to my platinum friends too with skills but i just cant carry games when people feed every game and just flame me for "not" focusing the adc after i almost one shot him.. it doesnt seem like MMR is the problem im getting about 24LP per a win so is there really a queue for people who flamed before? sorry for the long post but please dont come here and flame me because im bad, yes i am not really good but i dont think that having 1 good team out of 20 is legit....
