I need a champion that is meta flexible

I want to get to a high elo over the summer (bronze 4 atm) but what I'm finding really annoying with league of legends at the moment is that one week your favourite champion will be great, the next week he is nerfed and you can barely use him anymore. Also why is it that really op champions are never nerfed like riven and nidalee. Anyway basically I just want a champion from any role that can get me to gold or higher and he needs to be meta flexible because I want to use the champion and be effective no matter the meta. for support and for the looks of things he wont get any attention Akali for mid Rammus not the best pick for jgl but he is under the radar Trundle for top lane and with the current meta he is somewhat strong Jinx and Varus for adc depends heavily on match up EDIT: Rammus is not that great at the moment because of the current mid lane meta but he is strong against any ad champ in the game

Vi is always pretty good, espesially in lower elos. in Jungle of course.

Yasuo possibly until they rework him end of this year. Can mid/top and carry hard. Somewhat complicated but works wonders in low elo

Jax, Yi, Yas. They are practically freelo because unless the enemy team has a carry that gets fed, or unless their team works together, you have a very high chance of winning. Any of those can get you from bronze to gold easily if you get good enough.
