Why is Tahm Kench able to out damage most bruisers in trades in top lane just with a grasp proc?

This game is managing to get progressively worse, its not fun anymore due to just the uselessness of bruisers in every role, it just is not fun at all

Tahm's passive deals damage based on his %HP, that stacks up to 3 times with each hit. Combined with Grasp, a level 3 hit and the Grasp proc can do a significant amount of damage once he gets some HP stacked. Your best options with Kench are to poke him down and drive him away, as he's always been one of the toughest tanks to 1v1.

Tahm was always able to outduel anything. But that's not his problem Garen can also rape you if you go up close against him the problem with tahm is his W.

I play a bunch of Darius and Jax Top and see a tahm occasionally and never have an issue with him
