Rumble isn't feeling less like the lovable face-melter that he once was. DFT is nice for his damage output, but he still just doesn't seem to pack the same satisfying punch he used to. He got good number of nerfs through season 5 and needs a little love. Will he be one of the champions addressed in the update to immobile mages?
This is me hoping that the Mechanized Menace will get some Love from Riot. I think with his Light CC, and Heavy DOT damage, he'd make for a Fantastic AP Offtank Jungler. Give him 
, 
and 
, and some good Damage to Large/Buff Monsters on his Q/Overheat and he'd make for a great midgame-lategame menace who could help early control the flow of Mid and top really well.
Except that was only a tooltip fix (it was like that all along, just the tooltip was wrong) they didn't even bother to properly assess him despite the fact that he's not only been a mediocre pick ever since 5.16, but also he's NEVER been an overly oppressive pick. The directions riot takes to "balance" Rumble are just retarded.
