Low priority que time to get in a game

So my internet got reset when i started a game i was playing with friends and so they didn't mind i didn't get reported but yet i got put in a low priority que for 20 min now and ive been in the game Que for another 42 min and i haven't had a single opportunity to play a game yet this is pissing me off a lot any clue how much longer ill have to wait to play?
