Does Ahri's charm REALLY CHARM??

Something that I have noticed for some time now, but never thought to bring it up. But I can keep quiet no longer. The more I play (almost all the time) I tend to notice that charm doesn't really fit the skill description that it says it is. "Ahri blows a kiss that damage and charms an enemy it encounters, causing them to walk harmlessly towards her. Ahri deals additional damage to recently charmed champions." However time and time again when I would charm lets say a he would be able to get a rocket grab off. That doesn't seem very "harmless" From the way it is described, it would "cc" the target when it hits. Not "cc" the target after they finish their skill. Am I right in this or am I just digging to deep into the love that is

Sometimes it seems as if some cc n the game has a hidden animation/channel time once it connects before it truly 100% takes effect. In the case of charm vs rocket grab... I am sorry but if I wanted to reach out and grab Ahri before being charmed I am only going to want to do the same more so after being charmed. I mean... who wouldn't want to reach out to Ahri and pull her in tight for a big hug. :3 Sorry Ahri but you asked for the affection. hehe

I would say the impact from a rocket powered metal fist launched at you, then forcefully yanked you toward your doom is not harmless

I mean like, I could point a gun at you and shoot it but it would not really be harmful to you until the bullet makes impact see?

EDIT: wait what, he should or he would ;l if you mean throwing a charm and he launches a pull before your kiss makes impact.. WEEELL YEAAAAAAH his fist has faster travel time
