Maybe you should put some cc on kata like all mid laners have or change ulty for something faster cuz everyone can cut her and stop her? Cuz she need some time until she unleash her damage. Look Diana for example or talon or zed...unstoppable champs.

No thats not why. As a katarina main my self, if you put CC anywhere on her kit it becomes toxic due to her resets. Imagine getting a reset rather the CC is a mico stun or slow or even a silence she will be able to reapply the CC on every reset. I would argue if she could have any form of cc it should be on her ulti as a slow, only because she wont get her ulti back in 2 resets it takes 3 to get it close to a few seconds of it coming back.
Honestly what i want back in her kit would be the damage reduction on her E again or allow her daggers to bounce up to 5 times like it use to. But thats just wishful thinking.

Also, wouldn't allowing her daggers to bounce 5 times be worse, as it slows down the time it takes for the dagger to reach the ground so she can go in for a kill?
Yuiwara1 votesWell if a player is within a minioncrowd with 5 or more objects it would be worse. (but minimal) If the player is alone or with less than 4 other objects it wouldnt matter much. If its only a minion wave it would be better, since one skill can do 1 bounce more dmg.

Oh I'm not suggesting she needs a buff. Just simply stating if she did those would be acceptable.
As far as kat 1v9 games iv had games where I get 20+ kills in games and still lose because kat is good at 1 thing only that's killing. Shes terrible at taking towers. And most the time when I do kill and try for tower I'm low hp and I get roamed or ganked on. Kat does need a team for that and for team fighting cause she cant make plays without risking it all.
datfatguy1 votesI can agree with you there. She's only good at killing, but she is terrible with objectives. But those kind of balance each other out. She has incredible AOE damage which ends fights in seconds (if you know what you're doing), but has to pay the price of doing very little damage to turrets or epic monsters, which I think is pretty fair.

why not just play an assassin with a cc then? the whole point of katarina is that she resets everything, that's what makes the champion a champion.
