Sylas a dumb product of very unskilled champion designers facts!

So I played rank againt Sylas today as Ezreal full ap buil + Mejai's Soulstealer max but lets start with first thing first early game Early game: He got lvl 6 first on mid, I still was lvl 5 Ezreal yet if I try to click my ultimate it says that I havent learned my ability yet and yet he used it on me because he stealed something that I havent learned yet. How does that makes sense? How in the world this team that makes champions came with something so stupid that makes no sense at all from the game perspective? You cant steal something that I havent learned. Speaking of stealing lets put in this way you cant arrest somebody for stealing if they have NOT stolen anything

**Why he can heal himself and aborb dmg as well then steal ulti to savehimself like mundo ulti or kayle? What lvl of IQ does the team champion designers have? Why ?

Why 19k HEAL HIMSELF DMG TAKEN 54K HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU MAKE SOMETHING SO MEGA STUPID ? IS HE TANK WITH AP dmg items???? **

I go nuts when I see that he can dash avoid my skill shot, that he had absorb my dmg and then heal as well, I had so much intense and so much stress fighting him because I had Mejai's and I was trying to dodge his stupid chains but later my vision on him was affected and I mean it that my eyes couldnt track his abilities that he cast like his animation of chains and everything was for 1 sec, I find so difficult to see what the hell is he doing! Its like all his animation when he casted something was 1 frame in less that a sec. I was trying to read his movement and his casting of spells but it became so impossible! His animation isnt clear at all when he has very short cd, he just spam spam them but so hard to see when he repeats them! I wish to upload a video but this new forum doesnt not allow anymore. What ever he does in fight, he is not clear to see for our eyes, his animation or whatever is not friendly for my eyes and Im saying this since I have a good eyesight but this is fist time when I have trouble to see something in game. He does this purple and yellow flashing blitz animation that makes trouble for my vision.

So back to my main question Were did Riot games got inspired to make Sylas?
Its dumb, to dash, cc, aborb dmg, heal, and have 5 ulties. What kind of person came out with this idea? Whats next champion? Someone that will spit fire from butt?
