Even as villain darius can win depending on how many decimate heals he lands. Without villain garen auto loses every 1v1 even if the darius is a legit moron who misses every q.

villain only applies to the enemy with the last kill, so if garen hasnt died already then no , so garen dont have the true damage passive on ult from villain

I'd say that's situational. Assuming they're both fully built, it is entirely based on the fight. Darius will likely be unable to actually kill him, giving Garen time to fall back briefly enough to recover to start all over again. Ultimately, it would be a series of skirmishes at which point no one would really be able to win.

darius armor pen, a slow/aa reset with his W a heal on his Q all the passive bonus ad he gets from bleed, bleed nullifies garens passive regen and the armor pen nullifies garens passive armor on W , darius out damages garen at ever stage. if both are equal skill and neither player makes the mistake darius wins.

heavily depends on how the fight is played.

darius is an early game counter to garen, but if you dont feed and keep up in cs, you can counter his chain dunks by shutting him down when he gets the villain mark.

however, if you repeatedly get hit by darius q and manage your cooldowns wrong, he will wear you down and dunk you, even when hes the villain. hed just keep healing up on you and not get into ult range. so dodging the q is mandatory.

also, depends on if darius is isolated from minions, since that makes an extra 33% damage on the spin.

OP situation is 1v1

No matter whate stage in the game, darius has no reason to lose a 1v1 to garen considering he has in-combat sustain and his passive naturally hard counters garen's passive. Darius also heavily outdamages garen even without noxian might, nevermind with noxian might. Apprehend easily allows for reengage when garen tries to run away and cuts heavily into garen's bonus stats.

The 1v1 is definitively in darius's favor at all stages of the game. Worst case scenario both are too damn tanky to kill each other fast enough and they disengage.
