volibears passive destroyes everyone in both early and late game, i have been matched against some voli´s in my Days and everytime i get owned by the stupid passive, he cant be killed! the HPregen he gets is just to good to be true. i want some more balance, some less HP regeneration. Volibear

Ignite and it's hardly anything.

Or just wait until it's down, perhaps burst him right before it triggers.. not very hard to play against.

No, it doesn't need rework.

  1. Use ignite
  2. Mid-/Lategame it is easily outdamaged
