Screw riot AFK systems
I just got utterly screwed over by Riot's AFK system because my power went out nothing i can do against that not one thing i can do to stop it and i get punished. I even came back for the end to try and finish the game

As others have said, one instance of AFKing will not get you hit with a LeaverBuster penalty. Generally, it takes a pattern of AFKing over multiple days/weeks before it will punish you - but it can happen in a single day if you're AFKing multiple games a day.
If you're frequently having computer, internet, power, or other equipment issues, the onus is on you to resolve said issues before continuing to play. While they may be unforseen circumstances, that does not absolve you of the responsibility to keep your equipment and services in working order to play. If you're leaving some games intentionally, and this was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, then the system is working as intended.
Tell me about it I'm on my third leaver ban cause of this even though I reconnect they always remake and I get tagged as a leaver. I've talked to them submitted tickets to try and get the issue fixed with their client loading after patches thats glitching on my system, since its only their game ive been having issues with and I just built this computer I doubt its my stuff. It doesn't matter though they are more interested in punishing everyone then attempting to work with you solve the problems and make it better league 2017.
So how often have you AFKed before this?
AFKing once in a blue moon (such as for a power outage) is fine and doesn't get you punished.
