ARURF surrender timer

Alright. Someone else has put this up, but maybe if more pop up that'll help. Why not just do what you did with ARAM Riot? More than half of the ARURF games last less than 15 minutes, and when you can tell whether or not you'll win, or even have fun from the loading screen alone it'd be nice to not have to wait 20 minutes to be able to surrender and get into another game. It's just a little frustrating to have to sit through something that's difficult to even have fun with before you can surrender, or hope they end quickly and hopefully get into a slightly funner game.
