Two Simple suggestions for in game UI and matchmacking for non-dynamic queue

  1. Can we get an option to toggle the display of armor and magic resistance between raw value and percentage in the "Champion Info" box?

As it is, the raw numbers are displayed with percentages only showing upon cursor hover, and, while I think both stats are important particularly because items use those raw values, I utilize the percent ad/ap reduction when determining the relative effectiveness of my stats at any given moment so it would be nice to have those values displayed without having to hover while also giving players the freedom to keep the raw value on display if they want.

  1. Can the "quit" button be moved in the old matchmaking queue?

This has probably been mentioned before, but, on live, the text boxes for lobby chat and private messages are located in the same place as the quit button for custom games and other queues that do not utilize dynamic queue. While there tends to be a warning screen when attempting to quit, it can still be troublesome. For instance players might click yes without reading the text box and accidentally dodge.

Toggling between raw numbers and % on armor and resist should not be necessary. The raw number will always count as a % increase to total health versus the right kind of damage, which is the easiest way to understand it.

How exactly will we benefit from knowing the percentage of our damage reduction? Other then to check for bugs.
