GIVE US A SECOND CHANCE FOR PROMOS PLEASE

Look, there a multitude of things that can happen to make someone disconnect from a lobby during their promos and lose a game. It happens so frequently. Riot needs to make it where the first time you dodge, you get a penalty. If you dodge twice in a row then you get a loss. Once is just too harsh and it can heavily effect someones promos. Not to mention, if i have a troll or someone who is just saying they want to feed THEN I WANT TO DODGE.
