Why am I lagging IN NA server with 70 ping?

My whole team left game including me because of the constant lag which made it pretty much impossible to play. Is anybody else experiencing this?

packet loss/latency welcome to riot servers which, despite making 1billion in 2014, they still cheap out on the servers...or rather have not gotten another server in the east coast.

im having random high ping/major lag too right now.. never happens to me idk why its doing it now all of a sudden.

I had perfect ping and the whole team was lagging like crazy. It made it unplayable. The enemy team was also lagging, they ended up surrendering. Free win at least {{summoner:10}}
