Smurfing

Hey everybody, I am a player on the NA server for about 6 years and have friends who recently want to get started on playing League of Legends. Maybe this is just in the NA server but almost every game they are in, there is a smurf out-classing my friends who are just trying to learn the game. A few games of this doesn't matter that much but almost every game has killed their enjoyment of the game. I believe there should be a system, where if you are below level 30, it should match your games based on KDA so that these smurfs will quickly leave the newer player's level of experience. Back in the day, season 3-4, when I started playing, smurfing was never an issue when I was trying to learn the game, playing to level 30. Nowadays, the smurfs dominate games and then talk trash about the new players. This completely ruined the game for my friends and I believe that a lot of new players as well. I honestly think this will make League of Legends a game only for seasoned players in the future. This issue should be solved in my opinions but what do you guys think?
