What are some other mages will Riot change?

They said that they will make some smaller changes on other mages besides the the big 6 and i was just wondering who the champions are and if they will make those champions more viable in other lanes than mid. For example; I like how Twisted Fate can be played in Jungle and Bot lane if you know how to use it right, but mages need other roles to make the game more interesting so when someone sees a champion (for example Ahri) they don't immediately know that they are going mid and counter pick.
