Jungle update and jungle suggestion

This recent update to jungle to force junglers to build jungle item or else lose gold from minions when they are ahead on gold hit carry junglers ie shaco, rengar, kha, Lee sin, and others I can't think of any atm. These champs usually (not all the time) do not rush jungle item as their first item because the mana regen is literally useless to them. Most usually rush tiamat or serrated dirk to snowball or rush their core items. I'm suggesting that riot start looking at jungle items and maybe start including new jungle items ie a jungle item with tiamat or a jungle item with seratted dirk to make it more appealing for carry junglers to build jungle item as their first item.

In all my games so far as a jungler I have refuse to build jungle items as of this update and I have had some decent games. However knowing that I have the gold lead in those games I refused to go to a lane to defend it or clear a wave/reset it because the time I wasted there and the gold I get from it is not worth the effort.

The ppl who u r punishing are gold funneling but in doing so u also hit carry junglers who need to keep their advantages in order to carry their team. I hope that someone at riot reads this and maybe work this into pbe.

The junglers above don't need to or have a need to rush or build jungle item. All of the core items ie Tiamat, yomu, duskblade, black cleaver all provide cdr, damage, health and all the Champs above have built in slows that rushing jungle item(as it is now) is completely useless to them

Carry junglers don't want to build jungle item they want to snowball get to core items end games asap before they are out scaled. By being forced to build jungle item that 650 gold (which could've been used to build Tiamat or serrated dirk) slows them down cuts away at the advantage that carry jungle had built up or timed perfectly. The jungle item provides them with nothing but a slow (again see above) and small amount of damage just doesn't seem to be worth it for carry junglers to rush. Or even look at in its current state.
