Kassadin

Why did you nerf Kassadin Riot; I saw no complaining about kassadin on gameplay and blance. Was it because of his winrate? I think Riot should be focusing more champs like Zed or annie who pretty insta kill you if they pop their ult, also some ap and ad scaling are ridiculously COUGHCOUGHveigarultCOUGH COUGH

Note: I play Zed and Annie a lot and even I think they're broken
