Dear Rito,

(Disclaimer: This is the opinion of a fellow gamer.) (TL;DR: Fix ya damn servers, Rito.)

Being that as I am an avid supporter of Riot and the League of Legends community I feel as if this needs to be written. (As I slowly point to the hundreds of dollars of my own money that I have spent on skins/IP boosts/EXP boosts/gifting/etc) As I really do appreciate that Riot is trying REALLY hard to get new content out as often as possible; Why does this seem to be the only thing on their list? I scroll through the forums and it's constant complaints of:

"I'm having ping problems"

"I have been having lag all day. What's going on?"

"Why does my ping randomly spike up?"

"Why is it that EVERYONE in my game is experiencing lag?"

I see these threads constantly and we will continue to see them until Riot decides to invest in fixing their servers instead of throwing money at their designers to make more stuff to buy for the people who actually support them. I love this game, the involvement it gives it's players, the community (even the trolls, sometimes), but when content becomes more of a priority than the servers on which you run the game that you want people to PLAY, I can only see them as a greedy corporation at that point. When will we be able to play a match without worry that we're going to disconnect constantly? (Not including our own internet problems.) When will we be able to gank mid-lane and correctly be able to help your Azir kill the enemy Yasuo that's at half health and overextended and you jump in with your Deceive, but your STUPID ABILITIES DON'T GO OFF BECAUSE YOU'RE LAGGING SO HARD AND YOU DIE. (Totally hypothetical, of course.) I just don't want to have to worry about connection problems anymore and this is the exact reason that I don't play League nearly as much as I used to. Think of the players, Rito, because you're slowly losing a player here and I'm sure that there are plenty other Summoners that feel the same.
