Irelia needs to be able to queue/buffer her W.

I think Irelia's W feels quite clunky because it isn't queued up during Q dash or while being CC'd. Too many times in fights I will press and hold W but it never starts casting because I don't time my W perfectly. I almost feel the need to spam W to make sure it starts casting, but then it will instantly cancel and I won't get the full cast time out of it.
