Yasuo's Ult...

I'm not really one to complain much about a lot of things, but this really annoyed me. I played a game recently against a yasuo top (I was Taric- just trying something new) turns out I lost lane because I suck or something. Anyway, Yasuo had the liberty of going ham just about every time he got back into lane. This was fine I guess given the circumstances, but what annoyed me was the fact that his ult was up every. single. time. These backs were not far in between, either. At one point he killed me, I tp'd back and by the time he had gotten back into lane from walking it was back up again. Can something be done about this? Do I just suck and this isn't really a problem? discuss below and all that jazz.

yasuo doesn't have a mana bar so hes free to use it whenever its up. unlike some champions that have to manage mana use

Why don't you just sit on him and win? That's how the Taric vs. Yasuo matchup normally goes. If you don't feed before the first back, he cannot beat you 1v1 anymore. It's really that simple.

Yasuo's ult at lvl 3 is like on a 20ish second cooldown, lol.

riot put yasuo ult on a low cooldown because you have to be airborne for him to use it, but then they added so many cc's into the knock up category thats the reduced cd is out of place (blitz Q, vayne E, quinn E, draven E, thresh E, etc)

I think the problem is you losing to yasuo as taric

First of all you should of shit on a yasuo top and you were taric. Secondly the walk from the fouation to top lane is like 35 seconds. That's almost 50% of yasuo cool down from his ult.

and yasuo ult has a fairly low cooldown (around 30-40 seconds at max rank i think?)
