Rito please fix your shit

So I get patch issues happen but then compensate, I do not have avast, I turned off all my firewall and everything, and the game just freezes in champion select then boots me and gives me a dodge timer, when it doesn’t do this and I can select my champion it is fine in game. This is getting annoying. No it’s not my isp, my router, or computer I can run anything on it fine I have a good rig and live in Chattanooga which has extremely fast internet speed. This is getting dumb getting long que timers because your game is screwed up.
