Jayce needs a buff

After 5.11 patch, Jayce is now able to put 6 points on his qwe, his ult (transformation) becomes passive and automatically upgrades at lvl 6/11/16. It is actually becomes nerf for him, because he is no longer able to master his qwe skills at lvl 15 and gets over other champion in the middle of the game. (*Jayce is used to have strong power at early ~ middle of game, but is really hard to win other champions at late game. think Zed) I think it is good to return hyper charge damage (130% basic attack) at lvl 18. Like Jinx's minigun, I recommend to reduce the basic damage (75 ~ 110%) in half, but increases the damage as Jayce levels up, which will give a little more power at late game, but cannot bully over other champions in the middle of the game.
