Guys, come on. Look at this from the perspective of Riot. You need dedication, time, skill to be able to ELO boost your "friends".
It's not something everyone can do so in a way dynamic Q can be a measure of skill. You just need to look at it differently just like Riot says. It's a philosophical point of view.
