Draft Pick Ban System needs revamp

The current draft pick champion select system though addresses some concerns from previous draft pick, it still is incomplete and needs a revamp.

Firstly, summoners in your team can ban players you have indicated you wish to play. This is really bad as many times summoners don't pay attention and end up banning someone you wish to play. At other times, summoners troll ban and this is just wrong. Yes, allowing to ban picks indicated by team members helps prevent troll picks but the percentage is far lesser.

A solution for this would be to allow banning of picks indicated by fellow team members if majority of remaining team members upvote it (i.e. 3 out of 4 members vote to ban that champ). Only if a summoner wishes to ban a champion indicated by one of the team members should there be a vote. This will ensure that no troll bans happen and any troll picks are unanimously voted out.
