Zilean bugs

I am a Zilean one trick, and i noticed that u havent mentioned him in patch notes in a year or so. Zilean is at a good spot right now but there is an issue that bothers me. I think that Zilean bombs should prioritize units with bombs on them first, then champions and lastly minions. Atm there is a problem with trying to stun a person right on top of you, also stunning someone by using double bombs on minions doesnt work if 1 bomb hit a minion and then second hits champion because of current prioritization. Hope you will address this sometime soon, and make playing Zilean much more enjoyable.

That would be a buff even if it is a quality of life buff. I would want to see a slight compensation nerf if they did this because Zilean is in a strong spot - he's good in lane and he is great late game especially if there is a fed carry on his team.
