Vi too OP?

When I play League i seem to run into a lot of Vi's, I think she's a little op though. Her ult is on an low CD and she seems to have infinite cc your basically dead if you get anywhere near her. Almost any ad champ gets completely fucked by her and you can't stop it. If there's any team comp around her she's unstoppable whether shes fed or not. I think they should do a little nerf to her ult duration or something it's kind of ridiculous.

Cooldown on ult: 150/115/80 seconds

Damage on ult: 200/325/450 + 140% bonus AD (soon to be nerfed)

mana cost: 100/125/150

Now let's consider that Lee Sin's ult has 200% bonus ad scaling, higher base damage, kicks the opponent away (good for disengages, or kicking a carry to your team so they die), has no energy cost, and with a cooldown of 90/75/60 seconds.

Does no damage since any Lee Sin player with a brain builds him tanky since they know he falls off so hard late game that its not even worth mentioning.

Seriously Lee Sin is fucking fine and balanced. If anything he needs a buff not a nerf. Especially considering hes not even considered a fucking top jungle pick anywhere in the world right now. Even Korea and China pro scene never picks him unless every other top jungle pick is taken away or banned. Hes really not strong right now at all.

And Vi players don't build tanky? And how exactly does Lee Sin fall off with an execute and more AD scaling/base damage than Vi? I keep hearing he falls off late game, but I'm not seeing any evidence with all that utility, damage, and sustain.

Because his execute scales off of ad? His Ult scales off ad. He needs to be tanky to even have a chance of living long enough to be effective in a team fight and you must take sightstone on Lee Sin. Meaning you are effectively short on two item spots since boots as well. Meaning you cant afford to go damage since you wont be tanky enough to do anything late game.

Also his quote on quote "Execute" that people like to keep throwing around as making him op doesnt do anything because its still ad scaling meaning your measly 140 ad isnt going to even phase somebody regardless of how low they are unless they are squishy as fuck.

I don't think they're saying whether or not Lee Sin is OP. They are saying that if damage and cooldown are part of the argument, you need to look at similar ults. Lee Sin generally takes warrior enchant just like Vi and he gets better scaling out of it. His ult does more damage and has a lower cooldown, both of those are facts. I don't really think either of them are an issue right now, I wouldn't say Lee Sin needs a buff though. Other junglers can have the spotlight for a while. Rather than nerfing Vi, lets just buff the other junglers otherwise it's just going to keep going in the same silly circle that it has been forever.

Vi is very commonly complained about and it's pretty easy to see why, though keeping her "Anti-Carry" design in mind, we need to remember that even though she excels in extended fights Vi lacks things such as burst and harass, meaning Vi has to all in about all the time (most Vi's don't put but one point in E before 8 so, I wouldn't even consider it a poke.)

I can agree that she is frustrating to fight, but she seems to have the same problem Irelia does where, by design, she is made to fight Carry's such as Marksmen and mid laners. Maybe providing her with a kit oriented around something else, though reducing her damage too much may make her completely useless, so we should also be mindful of that.

Pro tip:

If Vi ults you flash into your team or turret and watch as Vi is forced to massively over extend into your entire team or tower and die immediately. People seem to forget that you arent locked down while Vi is flying at you during her ult. Meaning you can cause Vi to be forced into some really bad situations.
