Even before the buffs, I've been enjoying the new darius and juggernaut items. Recently I've decided to start going bot lane as him to take advantage of his high base damages and being able to take my Noxian Might against two targets.
The result? Surprisingly effective and the enemy adc will be terrified to solo farm lest a 6 1/2 foot tall juggernaut come out and go boo.
