I just took a look on PBE's changes and I had a unpleasant surprise.. more nerfs on Udyr's R . Don't know why people still think Udyr is broken , because he feels pretty balanced atm . Also , his highest win rate build isn't even based on pheonix but on tiger , more Pheonix nerfs are just stupid and shouldn't happen , what's your oppinion about this guys ?
xl Kirito lx4 votesUdyr has incredible map presence, respectable ganks, and dueling potential. They either had to hit his movement speed, or his damage. The fact he can have a constant 500-ms by 20min, and good damage output is a problem though.

maxterz1 votesYou might be right . Even so , nerfing pheonix more than needed will make Devourer Udyr underpowered . Keep in mind that Devourer Udyr isn't as fast as Runic and relies on DUELING a lot more than Runic . Also , this is the only Udyr build that doesn't make him a stun bot in late game . Riot intended to change his passive a little but they reverted that , even tho I think that's the right thing to do , nothing more .
