Camille.

I most definitely feel that Camille is just unplayable, at least in my elo. The Q and E nerfs were understandable, but what gutted her are the W and R nerfs. Now that you have no sustain (except Doran's Shield) you would go Corrupting Potion, but then lack the damage. Without her W heal on minions, it's not possible to win a ranged matchup, barely any matchup actually. And only 2 seconds on her ult is nonsense. You would probably take around one second to actually get near the enemy and only one second left to damage them. In the early game you would be lucky to get 2 basic attacks in your ult. The buff in 7.12 is nice, but not sure if it will bring her back in the meta.
