Being Toxic and Abusing the Flawed system Implement by Riot.

I have been playing ranked for the past 3 years now and we all get the toxic and raging people who pretty much make the game impossible to win. It just happens to the best of us every so often and sometimes they are able to be taken care of with Riot's Tribunal System. While they is helping a bit we still get the Intentional Feeders who know how to make it so the Tribunal can not catch them, making is so they can not get punished for Intentional feeding. I have just experienced a game where we had two Intentional Feeders and Very Very Toxic players provide a loss in a ranked game with the though of going unpunished. I just want to bring to light that the Tribunal only affects what happens in the in game logs and actual gameplay, which in most cases catches the person in question. Since the tribunal from what I seen only records the toxic comments in game but not what unfolds on the result screen logs. For example: http://prnt.sc/dtnht4 and http://prnt.sc/dtnhx5. The most clear as day toxic commits coming from said Intentional Feeders, bragging about how they were never afk or even Inting that bad. Which if anyone from riot watched the game replay they would not see the commits made by them, but in this case the Warwick inted very clearly in the game replay he might have a temp. ban or possibly a mute. The Nunu on the other hand will get away free as day considering he made no toxic commits, nor showed any clear signs of inting, but was simply not even trying to win the game, but as clear as day a very toxic player at the end of the game on the result screen saying that we deserved a loss for our picks, and purposely losing the game. I am just posting about this not because of me being tired of losing LP due to feeders or afks. It happens and everyone has off days. But the fact that they can abuse the Tribunal System and get away with no punishment. Hopefully Riot can do something to upgrade their system or even possibly make a ticket system for unedit screen shots to actually catch the toxic players who know how to use the Tribunal to there advantage.
