Sorry that I'm smurfing, maybe don't ban me for a stupid reason. Getting tired of 5+ min queue for a level 14 norms because I drop 25+ kills. If there is a norms MMR to stop smurfs from destroying new people, let me drop 30 bones and get a free boost instantly to level 30. If not, there shouldn't be a stupid MMR for normal queue. Rito =

Having said that, I see no reason for it to exist in pre-30 lvl matches.
