What I Hope For Kennen.

My thoughts on The Heart of the Tempest. I was hoping he could have a better Lore, like if he was a traveling protector of the innocent (while keeping his carefree attitude). He seems to be slightly... ignored when it comes to Ionia's Champions. I want him to be more like The Yordle Ninja Who Protects Ionians rather than just That One Yordle. I also think that he should give a feeling of being Fast-As-Yo-Mama-BOIII. Sure, his E gives him a speed boost, but he's not that fast. The first time I saw him was in Hyun Dojo's Stick Figure Spotlight 4, where he's seen running like the wind himself and beating Nautilus SENSELESS. My ideas is that he gains a burst of Movement Speed whenever he applies a Mark of the Storm stack to enemies. This boost would stack as many times as it wanted to and scaled with AP (if that's not too OP), allowing a true feeling of going over 9000 miles per hour. Thank you for reading this.
